#1 Maxx Levell | For Those With 4-Wheel Discs...
I have an Aerospace rear disc setup coming this week that I'm trying to prepare for. For you guys that have rear discs...did you have to install a proportioning valve to get the correct bias on the rear brakes? Or did you just install them with the factory proportioning valve? Stock setup on mine was 4-lug and drums all around...now 5-lug discs up front, and the rear discs soon...also new Ranger master cylinder... Thanks for any help... |

I have the original front disk rear drum on mine and 4 wheel disk brakes been that way for 7 years now.

Thanks...I'm just going to try what I have for now and see how it works. I have a separate adjustable proportioning valve, just in case...just don't want to re-flare any lines if I don't have to lol.

Wish I would have seen this, i'm a dealer for Aerospace Components and could have gotten you a great deal.

Me too  I got a decent deal though...a buddy of mine runs a chassis shop and got em for me at his cost...they were right around $500 I think... Have you been doing any good lately? I was just getting everything put back together at the end of this fall...only made it to the track about 3 times...looking VERY forward to Spring lol... I did get down to 4 cars in Pro, and 8 cars in Sportsman the first night I took the car out though...I'd rather be lucky than good  |
