Yeah i was thrilled to be on that website. The guy who runs it is a real nice guy who is just happy that you brought your car and isn't stuck up either about certain cars........ and we all have been there.
That cruise was the Canada Day parade in Port Credit last July 1, 2011. There was about 120 cars in the parade.
The group is the Yellow Ribbon Cars and it is set up to get money to put a battle cross on the 401 (Highway of Hero's) to show respect to our fallen hero's who come back and do the drive from Trenton to downtown Toronto. It will also be a place where you can pull over in an area by the battle cross to pray or just show respect to our soldiers who lost their lives in the line of duty.
On Saturday i went for a cruise with the Yellow Ribbon Cars to Hamilton. It was the 4th Annual cruise. We went to the Hamilton Warplane Heritage Museum and had a car show there. My son loved it and the planes there in the museum were awesome to see up close.
